Starrtopin Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • All returns must be made in the original condition and packaging. The artwork should be unused, undamaged, and free from alterations or customizations.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be included with the return.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom artwork or personalized orders (unless damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.

1.3 Return Process To initiate a return:

  • We will provide you with the return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.

2. Refund Policy

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund according to the following terms:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. The inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days from the receipt of the returned item.

3.2 Resolution

  • Once we review the photos and details, we will offer one of the following solutions:
    • A full refund for the damaged item(s).
    • A replacement item if available.
    • A partial refund if you wish to keep the item in its current condition.

We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.


4. Exchanges

At Starrtopin, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the item of your choice.


5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@starrtopin.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation request.


6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure they are returned safely.
